1. Relationship Manager- Health Card Sales

Roles & responsibilities
The position requires to aggressively work on

  • Existing leads towards logical and positive closure
  • Cold calls to prospective clients in the B2B, B2C and developing institutional and corporate segments.
  •  Work with existing clients to broad-base the product sale, sustain and increase the business
  • Develop clients in the geographical area assigned and increase the market share of the company.
    All the above are target based and linked to performance at the individual, area, region, and zone level. The activities which are covered as per the profile include:
  • Meeting with Doctors (Clinic/ Nursing Home/ Hospital) in Day as well as evening.
  • Visiting Medical Stores(Pharmacy) for Benefits of Health Card
  • Execution of Health Check camps at Doctors clinic/ Residential society/ Joggers Park, etc.
  • Promoting of High Value Tests/profiles/packages/discount cards and all promotional schemes to targeted audience.
  • Daily call reporting
  • Engage and educate customers on product usage
  • Convey brand information to customers and respond to questions/inquiries that arise
  • Responsible for daily/monthly sales targets
  • Investigate and address competitors’ activities
  • Prioritize and schedule proactive calls to organization’s accounts
  • Update and manage contact database with accurate profiles, notes, and relevant information

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Any Graduate can apply, Science Graduate will have an added advantage
  • Looking for immediate join profiles
  • Preference will be given to the candidature with 1 or 2 Years experience in Pharma/ Medical/ Health care Industry Marketing.
  • Should speak at-least two languages in Marathi/Hindi/English.
  • Must work on Customer Relationship Management, Market Feedback’s & Competitor Activity Analysis
  • Two wheeler with valid Driving License and Smart Mobile must.

2. Relationship Manager- Business Empanelment:

Roles & responsibilities:

The position requires to aggressively work on

  • Achieve Monthly, Quarterly business plan, and the set revenue objectives from B2B and B2C.
  • Develop and meet existing and new doctors, key accounts, clients, key opinion leaders, and medical fraternity in his area, understand their requirements with regular meeting with them.
  • Meet the daily call numbers and objectives for Doctors, Hospitals, Clients, and BTCs.
  • Responsible for increasing footfall at BTC and bringing more profitability from the channel.
  • Ability to implement the marketing, brand building, and promotional strategies as per guidelines and within set time frame/calendar.
  • Responsible for all B2C promotional activities, flyers/pamphlet distribution, RWA activities, medical camps etc. through sales promotion team, and do post activity analysis.
  • Co-ordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of services and achieve desired level of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and sustain long-term relationships with clients, doctors, corporate, and customers.
  • Monitor and report to management for competitor activities in his territory.
  • Approach hospitals, diagnostic centers, and wellness centers for empanelment to provide healthcare services to company’s corporate and retail clients
  • Schedule and personally meet the decision makers at the hospitals, diagnostic centers, and wellness centers
  • Ensure the empanelment activated are completed formally with the hospitals, diagnostic centers, and wellness centers
  • Take care of Network Empanelment for corporate / retail healthcare services
  • Build relationships with the concerned individuals
  • Negotiate deals, and do Process Mapping with Medical Providers
  • Maintain, manage and update Medical Network and client database

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Preferably bachelor’s degree in Science, with Postgraduate in Business Management.
  • Proven sales experience of 3-5 years in Pathology / Diagnostics/Healthcare Industry.
  • Excellent co-ordination, interpersonal, and relationship sentience skills.
  • Sound analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Clear, Concise, and effective communication skills.
  • Result oriented customer service and proactive attitude.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office, and other IT skills relevant to business applications.

3. Franchise Development Manager

Roles & responsibilities:

  • Would be responsible for franchisee development for equities business and generate revenues
  • Ramp up franchisee distribution conduct market survey, drives identification and empanelment activity of franchisee across region
  • Lead generation and closure of new franchises.
  • Responsible for expanding the franchisee network through marketing and sales effort
  • Negotiating and completing all necessary franchisee documentation and agreements on time
  • Should be well versed with Franchisee model of operations: ROI
  • Identify potential franchise partners and determine whether they would be profitable and aligned with the vision of the brand.
  • Coordination of the implementation of national campaign elements across the nation, across all channels (radio, print, outdoor, point of sale, PR, social, digital).
  • Market research for potential franchise business in different locations.
  • Client visit & Presentations.
  • Arrange and manage Seminars, Exhibitions, and promotional activities to generate leads and brand awareness.
  • Set up processes and SOPs for offering new franchisee based on existing processes
  • Identifying and sourcing prospective new franchisees, pipeline maintenance, and adherence to sales processes.
  • Ensure the financial performance and revenue targets of the franchisee is achieved through analysis of its Profit & Loss and KPIs
  • Ensure franchisor suggested systems/ processes are deployed & practiced in the franchisee.
  • Franchise legal responsibilities ensure franchise agreement renewals, fee/ payment collection, and keeping franchise agreements up to date with current legislation.
  • Develop the training program for the franchisee.
  • Ensure that franchisee and its staff are trained enough to provide the service experience in line with Company s customer policies.
  • Ensure proper communication and maximum participation of customers in the community activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Graduate/MBA in Sales and Marketing with 2-3 years of experience in Franchisee Acquisition / B2B Sales /. Pathology / Diagnostics/Healthcare Industry.
  • Excellent communication and networking skills
  • Ability and experience in selling concepts and business vision
  • Proficiency in Local language
